Friday was Sample Day at the Blue Elephant. Marjorie has a section in her book called "These 'Firsts' are Last," and the last recipe I made from this section was quite awhile ago. So I picked a couple of dips, and we had them out on the counter for sampling. The general consensus was that they were delicious!
